On the 11th and 12th of September there will be over 60 graffiti gladiators from home and abroad in the street-art arena of Europe: the Berenkuil Eindhoven. There they will show their skills. On this first edition of Step In The Arena, hosted by Dynamo Eindhoven, the following gladiators will come out and play: Belin (Spain), New2 (Australia), ML’S Crew (Italy), Dead (England), Toaster (England), Musa (Spain), Supe (France), Flai (Spain), Bue (Belgium), Eky en Nark (Portugal),Dr Chess, Zenk One, Mister, Clone, Risk, Gek, Sel, Cosh, Mega, Romeo, Dphazer, Jake, Mickey, Riot, Tikky, Odes, Moron, Don, Rum, Kantweau, Babe, Damn, Duel, Stain, Nice, Druid, Lempke, Hertcore, Tape, Rocs, Beast, Chuckone, Near, Sehr, Dosis, Pchill, Tres1, Kasher, Flake, Ick, Sher, Amatic, Sure and the 3 Lastplakkers Ox-Alien, Thor and Pinwin.

Just like last year, some brave Lastplakkers attended the anual Zwarte Cross. Hollands biggest festival (147.000 people), organised around motor racing, beer, tante Rikie, and music. Lastplak was asked to paint wherever we wanted as long as we stayed on the gezeilde zwarte hekken. Needless to say we had too much fun and even invented our own drink; the Lastplakker. The results of wich you can see in the pictures below. Thank you tante Rikie, thank you Feestfabriek and see you next year, yeah!

Yesterday Thor, Ox-Alien, Boortorrie, Grrt, Sake, Pinwin, Oles & Das Boat made a stop motion video clip for Shambok. It took us 10 hours of fulltime painting to finish the job, but the result is gonna be great (we hope!). A big thanks to Bolle Tim for the location! As soon as the video is out we will let you know.

The 6 weeks of our Lastplak shop at the Meent are over. It was a great succes, there were 4 exhibitions in the basement and we sold 52 paintings, 106 t-shirts, 29 sticker packs, 2 bags, 1 oil rig object, 5 Ox-dolls and heaps of posters. Thanks to everybody who came to our expo's and off course to Roodkapje who made this possible. Hope to pop up somewhere else in the near future. Here some more pictures.
